By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you expressly consent to receive text messages from TradeTriage.ai. These messages may include appointment confirmations, estimate follow-ups, service reminders, review requests, and other communications related to your service inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. Mobile Information Sharing

These terms govern your use of TradeTriage.ai services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
TradeTriage.ai provides AI-powered phone answering, appointment scheduling, automated follow-up, review generation, and business reporting services for home services companies.
SMS/Text Messaging
By opting in via our website form, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from TradeTriage.ai: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and service follow-ups, review requests after completed services, and service-related updates. These messages are transactional and informational in nature.
Opt-out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. For assistance, reply HELP or email hello@tradetriage.ai.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive between 1-10 messages per month depending on appointments and service interactions.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. TradeTriage.ai is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
Carrier liability: Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.
AI Disclosure
Our phone answering service uses artificial intelligence technology. If asked directly, our AI will disclose that it is an AI assistant.
Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, our AI may occasionally make errors in pricing estimates, scheduling, or service classification. All pricing is an estimate only. Final pricing is determined by the service provider.
Billing
Setup fees are one-time charges due upon activation. Monthly fees are billed on the same date each month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months.
Limitation of Liability
TradeTriage.ai is not liable for missed appointments, incorrect pricing estimates, lost business, or indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 3 months.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
